Incredible three months spinning around Europe with a lovely band and a lovely bunch of people..
The tour started in September with rehearsals in Tunbridge Wells, quickly followed with an album launch in London. Then we were off.
I was looking after System’s and had a healthy package of 34, brand new, shinny, Meyer Leopard’s, 8 1100’s (subs), 4 UPAs (in-fills), 4 JM1P’s (fills) and 4 M’elodie for front fills, all supplied by Major Tom, Salisbury. A more detailed article and photos can be found at Meyersound’s website.
The venues ranged from theatres and large halls, such as the Hammersmith Apollo, all the way up to Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome, pictured above. For the Ziggo dome show, we had to move the Leopards onto side-hang duties and brought in LEO for main-hangs, with LYON for down-fills.
With nearly every show sold out, it was an absolute blast of a tour. Thanks Passenger and Major Tom for having me.
